NJVC Appoints VP of Finance Chris Andersen To CFO


NJVC, a leading information technology provider to the US Department of Defense, has promoted Chris Andersen to the position of Chief Financial Officer from his former position as NJVC’s vice president of finance. In his new role as NJVC chief financial strategist Andersen will oversee the accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial risk, long-term planning, program control, performance metrics, and strategic pricing for the Vienna, Virginia company.

With 18 years of financial and analysitcal experience paired with 14 years in government contracting, Andersen has previously worked for BearingPoint and Scinece Applications International Corporation in various senior financial positions.

According to NJVC president and senior manager Jody Tedesco, “NJVC is thrilled to welcome Chris to its senior management team. Chris possesses the right mix of outstanding financial and leadership skills, which will enable him to help ensure the company’s future fiscal responsibility and oversight and allocate resources appropriately to meet the needs of NJVC’s customers.”
