Virginia based Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. announced it has purchased information technology solutions provider Integrated Network Services, Inc. PSS made the acquisition to expand further into the intelligence and defense IT markets with INSIs proven track record of support with mission critical systems and applications. Scott Goss, President and Chief Executive of PSS issued the following statement: Â “INSI expands our presence in the intelligence and (Department of Defense) communities and has a proven track record of excellence in customer service”. Â Mark Turlik will become Senior Vice President of PSS and President of the Intelligence Division. Â He said “We are excited to be joining the PSS team. Â The combination will broaden our offerings to our customers and allow us to pursue new opportunities on a larger scale.”
