Orbital Sciences Corp has named Lt. General Michael A. Hamel (USAF, retired) as its Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development. In his new position, Mr. Hamel will direct strategic iniitatives in Orbital’s current markets and will assess new technology and product development plans supporting future growth. David W.
