has named Lt. General Michael A. Hamel (USAF, retired) as its Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development. Â In his new position, Mr. Hamel will direct strategic iniitatives in Orbital’s current markets and will assess new technology and product development plans supporting future growth. Â David W.
