In a move to improve their already strong position in the Healthcare industry and with the Health and Human Services Department, ICF International plans to purchase Macro International for $155 million in cash.
“Macro is an excellent strategic fit for ICF, adding capabilites and clients in one of the largest of our market segments – HHS and Social programs – which is among the most important areas of the Obama Administration’s focus” said Sudhakar Kesavan, ICF’s CEO.
