CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced that Dr. Sharon L. Hays has joined the company as vice president of the Office of Science and Engineering for its North American Public Sector (NPS) line of business. Dr. Hays will coordinate science and engineering activities across NPS and help develop new growth opportunities in those areas, including the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Antarctic research program. She has been designated and will assume the role of science support director of Antarctic Research Support LLC, a joint venture formed to pursue the NSF support contract. “It is a tremendous honor to welcome Dr. Hays to our executive staff to lead the strategy for our science and engineering efforts, ” said Thomas P.
