TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 10, 2017 — Roger Krone, chairman and CEO of Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has said he believes the company will reach the halfway mark by July in its integration of Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) former information systems and global solutions business, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Krone, an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017, said in an earnings call that Leidos aims to finalize 90 percent of the consolidation by the end of the first quarter in 2018.
