Former Engility SVP Michael Dallara Joins Sevatec as COO; Balan Ayyar Comments

Sevatec has appointed Michael Dallara,  formerly an Engility (NYSE: EGL) senior vice president, as the technology services company’s chief operating officer.

Dallara will manage business operations as COO and help in the growth and expansion efforts of the company, Sevatec said Wednesday.

“Mike brings an extraordinary record of high performance with our key customers and a set of leadership skills and insight that quite simply are inspiring, ” said Balan Ayyar, Sevatec president and CEO.

Dallara has worked in the government services, aerospace and defense sectors for roughly 20 years and has led L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) and Harris Corp.‘s (NYSE: HRS) business operations and finance.

He holds a degree in national resource strategy from the National Defense University.
