Mark Cavallaro Joins Fusion PPT as COO; Michael Biddick Comments

Mark Cavallaro, formerly a global service provider program executive at EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC), has joined technology consulting firm Fusion PPT as chief operating officer.

He will be responsible for business operations, development and execution of growth strategies and service delivery efforts for civilian, Defense Department and intelligence customers, Fusion PPT said Thursday.

“Mark is an incredible talent with the technical and business acumen that will support and guide our company growth, ” said Michael Biddick, CEO of Fusion PPT.

In his former role at EMC, Cavallaro led go-to-market partnerships and strategies for the company’s private and hybrid cloud services.

He managed a federal agency’s cloud computing program operations for seven years before he joined EMC and was also a systems engineer and program manager at Mitre.
