PRESS RELEASE For Immediate Release: SkyLink Aviation, Inc., a leading aviation transport and logistics service provider today announced that David Dacquino will transition out as President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
The Company also announced that the Board has appointed Rima Saleh as President and Philip Hampson will assume the role of Executive Chairman. Mr. Dacquino will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors on various SkyLink entities during this transition.

About Rima Saleh: Rima Saleh has worked for SkyLink since early 2008. She brings with her over 25 years of aviation experience in both passenger and cargo services with a primary focus on Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Government Affairs and P&L Management. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development.
About Philip Hampson: Mr. Hampson is President of NGPI Canada Inc., a Toronto based merchant banking firm. Mr. Hampson is a director and officer of a number of companies and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for SkyLink since 2013.
