DigitalGlobe FY 2014 Revenue Up 7%, Gov’t Sales Up 10%


DigitalGlobeDigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) has announced financial results for the fourth quarter and its 2014 fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2014.

Full-year revenue for the Colorado-based geospatial imagery provider increased 6.8 percent to $654.6 million over 2013 figures and sales to U.S. government agencies rose 10.4 percent to $395.3 million for the year.

Fourth-quarter revenue increased 9.4 percent to $185.7 million and included a 10.4-percent revenue jump for the company’s U.S. government business to $114.4 million over the prior year period.
