InfoReliance to Help Army Manage Workloads Through AWS; John Sankovich Comments


Info-RelianceInfoReliance will work with the U.S. Army to provide cloud resources to the service’s geospatial center through Amazon Web Services‘ computing and storage services.

The Army geospatial unit AWS services to pilot and test ideas and to migrate critical workloads to an Amazon cloud platform,  InfoReliance said Friday.

“Working with the Army in this capacity will be exciting and will hopefully yield some real world applications for AWS that we have not yet discovered” said John Sankovich, InfoReliance vice president of cloud services.

InfoReliance will also help the Army deliver geospatial information for unified land operations.
