Preferred Systems Solutions Acquires Buys Envision Technical Services; Scott Goss Comments


acquisitionPreferred Systems Solutions has acquired Envision Technical Services, a provider of applications to intelligence and defense clients, for an undisclosed sum.

Scott Goss, president and CEO of PSS, said Tuesday the company intends to grow its services and offerings for the national security community through the transaction.

“The acquisition of ETS brings a 22-year track record of outstanding customer support within the Intelligence and Defense communities, and expands our commitment to those men and women, ” added Goss.

Joe Rexrode will move from his most recent role as president and CEO of ETS to a senior vice president position at PSS.

“The combination will broaden our offerings to our customers and allow us to pursue new opportunities on a larger scale, ” said Rexrode.
