A-T Solutions Picks Up Security Tech Contractor GreenLine Systems; Scott Suhy, Dennis Kelly Comment

maritime securityArlington, Va.-based counterterrorism services contractor A-T Solutions has acquired security technology provider GreenLine Systems for an undisclosed amount in a push to expand into international markets for transportation security and border protection.

GreenLine Systems is headquartered in Vienna, Va. and also maintains offices in Canada and the Netherlands, A-T Solutions said Wednesday.

“The technologies and customers of our companies are highly complementary and, perhaps even more important to both of us, our organizational cultures are very similar, ” said Scott Suhy, CEO of GreenLine Systems.

Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of A-T Solutions, said his company acquired GreenLine Systems for its enterprise software tools and experience in the maritime, transportation security and border protection sectors in order to further work with both U.S. and international customers.

GreenLine Systems also offers a software-as-a-service cloud tool to government and commercial customers seeking to monitor and analyze maritime traffic and develops other software intended for transportation situational awareness and threat assessment functions.

A-T Solutions was selected to the Washington Business Journal’s list of the 50 fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year.
