PESystems, a Fairfax, Va.-based advisory and assistance services contractor, has acquired the Massachusetts-based A&AS provider C2Kinetics.
PESystems said Mark Klicker, CEO of C2Kinetics, will join PESystems and serve as a senior vice president of division operations, reporting to Gene Bisol, northeast division manager.
The two companies have worked together on a professional acquisition support contract at Hanscom Air Force Base in Lexington, Mass. for four years.
Founded in 1971, PESystems has provided the U.S. Air Force support for acquisition, program management, financial and contract management.
The service-disabled veteran-owned small business also provides the branch with systems engineering and information technology services.
C2Kinetics was founded in 2004 and provided A&AS support to the Defense Department, federal agencies and commercial organizations.
The North Chelsmford, Mass.-based firm also provided program management and engineering services for the Air Force’s air and ground, command and control and tactical communications systems.
