ATK Board Declares 20 Cent Dividend

ATK’s (NYSE: ATK) board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, the company announced Tuesday.

The dividend will be payable Sept. 27 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 5, 2012.

In November, the company announced a 20 cent-dividend to shareholders of record as of Dec. 7, 2011
