Black Box (NASDAQ:BBOX) will release its fourth quarter and FY 2011 financial results on May 12. The Company plans to issue a press release announcing its results after the close of the market.

A conference call is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. EDT with CEO Terry Blakemore.

According to the firm, “investors may access the teleconference call by dialing 612-332-1025 approximately 15 minutes prior to the starting time and asking to be connected to the Black Box earnings call. A replay of the conference call will be available for one week after the teleconference by dialing 320-365-3844 and using access code 202361.”
