Versar Releases Financial Announcement

Versar released the following financial statement:

“Versar, Inc. (NYSE Amex: VSR) will hold a conference call at 2 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 to discuss the company’s operational performance and financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2011, ended Sept. 24, 2010. Versar will release its first quarter 2011 Form 10-Q on Nov. 8, 2010 and financial results press release before the market opens on Nov. 10, 2010.

“The dial-in number for U.S. and Canada is toll free, 877-407-8033. The international dial in number is 201-689-8033. Participants should call in a few minutes before 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Beginning Nov. 11, 2010 the conference call will be available on Versar’s website, www.versar.com.

“Versar Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Nov. 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time at the Springfield Golf and Country Club located at 8301 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield, VA 22152.”
