WSP USA Solutions Wins $300M in Army Emergency Power Support Contracts

WSP USA Solutions has won four contracts worth $300 million combined from the U.S. Army to support temporary emergency power initiatives before, during and after a federally declared emergency.

Each of the four contracts is valued at $75 million, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The company will provide all equipment, materials, labor and supplies to support work on the contracts.

The Army Corps of Engineers received six offers for one firm-fixed-price contract and seven bids for each of the three remaining contracts.

The service branch will determine work locations and obligate funds upon award of each task order and expects work to conclude by the end of December 2028.

In 2019, Louis Berger, which became part of WSP after its acquisition in 2018, secured four contracts to provide emergency power services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
