Booz Allen Hamilton, Leidos, Five Others Secure $561M MAC Contract From Washington Headquarters Services

Booz Allen Hamilton, Clarity Innovation, Deloitte, Leidos, Tyto Government Solutions, Bridge Core and KBR Wyle Services have secured spots in a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract valued at $561 million from the Washington Headquarters Services to support the Office of the Director of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation, ODCAPE, Joint Data Support Division.

What Are the Terms of Washington Headquarters Services’s $561M Contract?

Work under the contract will include collecting and analyzing data related to historical, current and future U.S. and non-U. S. military forces, the Department of War said Friday.

The data will be utilized to support DOW’s future force planning and capabilities requirements, according to the request for proposal posted on SAM.gov in April 2025.

The anticipated place of performance is at the Pentagon and the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia, with a completion date of Jan. 8, 2031.

The Washington Headquarters Services serves as the contracting activity.

What Are the Responsibilities of ODCAPE?

ODCAPE, located within the Office of the Secretary of War, was established in 1961 to provide analytic advice to the secretary of war, the under secretary of war for acquisition and sustainment and other senior Pentagon leadership on all matters related to defense programs. It is in charge of ensuring that all cost estimation and cost analysis processes within the department are accurate.
