The Washington Headquarters Services – Acquisition Directorate of the Department of Defense has started seeking proposals for a potential $510 million contract for the procurement of joint data and analytic support.
Joint Data and Analytic Support Services Contract Scope
According to the request for proposal posted on SAM.gov Wednesday, the multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quality contract covers data development, analysis and IT support for the development of strategic analysis, future force planning and joint capabilities. The selected contractor will provide services related to database design, implementation and operation. The company will also perform data platform sustainment support, including technical, administrative and professional services. These required services aim to support the development and implementation of integrated databases of future force structure and capabilities, as well as study support and analytic tool development.
The contract is intended to support the implementation of activities of the Office of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation’s Joint Data Support, or JDS, Division. This includes activities related to the DOD’s analytic support to future force planning and capabilities and other leadership-directed study and analysis requirements.
Furthermore, the contract aims to support JDS initiatives of meeting potential force data needs of the DOD for its major weapons systems and agile analytic tools.
The five-year contract is expected to be completed by July 10, 2030.
Interested contractors shall submit their proposals by May 15.
