Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) has received a $247.8M contract modification to provide communications services to the U.S. Army at various overseas locations.
The company will receive $178M in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds from the Army at the time of award and will perform work through Feb. 28, 2020, the Defense Departmentsaid Thursday.
Locations of work include Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar, Bagram airfield in Afghanistan, FOB Union III in Iraq and Camp Red Leg in the United Arab Emirates.
The military service awarded Vectrus a $212M modification in May of last year to help operate and maintain communications equipment and information systems across the branch’s theater of operations in southwest Asia.
