The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded 10 companies positions on an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle to acquire digital products and services to facilitate better user experiences.
In a solicitation released in September 2023, VA said SPRUCE is a multiple-award task order contract that covers commercial services across five technical functional areas: software development and operation; technical advising and architecture planning; service design and user research studies; data science and data analytics; and product support operations.
