A notice posted on SAM.gov states that Secure, Performant, Reliable and User-Centered Experiences contract will cover support for software development and operation, technical advising and architecture planning, service design and user research studies, data science and data analytics and product support operations.
SPURCE is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and market research experts anticipate a $2.7 billion potential ceiling for the contract, according to a report.
