Tyto Athene Buys Island IT Consultants to Expand Intell Community Services; Jeff Murray Quoted

Tyto Athene has acquired Island Information Technology Consultants for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand its intelligence community capabilities and form a mid-market mission critical technology platforms and services provider in support of government clients.

œThe combination of Tyto Athene and IITC enables us to create significantly greater value in our client™s decision making capabilities and processes, Murray added.

IITC is a small woman-owned company delivering IT and communications tech support services to the intelligence community and other government agencies and specializes across systems engineering, audio video multimedia, enterprise management systems deployment and network engineering areas.

Arlington Capital Partners officially launched Tyto Athene in August 2018 after the Washington-based investment firm completed its $75M cash acquisition of Black Box™s government solutions business.

Tyto Athene is a full-service systems integrator providing networking, unified capabilities, video and command centers, mobility and security and surveillance support to government customers.
