He brings to the role over three decades of leadership experience in the aviation and government contracting sector and will oversee the execution of the company’s business development strategy, Changeis said Friday.
Lael’s “business acumen, particularly related to capture and proposal development, will further expand our business development infrastructure and execution,” said Brian Pickerall, senior vice president at Changeis.
He served in the U.S. Air Force for two decades as an air traffic controller and spent nearly 10 years at the University of North Dakota as an adjunct professor.
Changeis is an Arlington, Virginia-based woman-owned small business that provides enterprise information technology platforms and management consulting services to public and private sectors.
