Steve Dolski, former director of business finance at Serco Group’s North American subsidiary, has been appointed chief financial officer at SilverEdge Government Solutions.
In this capacity, he will oversee SilverEdge’s financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, pricing, program control, contracts and treasury functions as well as support its due diligence and integration work associated with mergers and acquisitions, the company said Tuesday.
SilverEdge CEO Robert Miller said Dolski’s experience aligning finance organizations with operating goals will play a role as the company scales its presence in key markets and carries out its long-term growth strategy.
While at Serco Inc., Dolski provided financial oversight for the Herndon, Virginia-based contractor’s federal civilian services business unit.
