SRCTec will supply spares and repair components for the AN/TPQ-50 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar System as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract has a five-year base period and one five-year extension option.
AN/TPQ-50 works to provide early warning for airborne threats to support indirect fire and counterfire target acquisition activities. The radar is also designed to support functionalities such as artillery and mortar location and 360-degree surveillance.
DLA Land and Maritime received one bid for the contract through a competitive solicitation process and will obligate fiscal 2020 through 2025 Army working capital funds for the award.
Contract work will take place in New York through Sept. 23, 2025.
