Serco Inc., the British contractor’s North American subsidiary, has won a potential $200.5M contract to provide field office support services to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
PBGC announced the contract award in a FedBizOpps notice posted Friday. Herndon, Va.-based Serco Inc. will help the agency manage documents, build a database, administer benefits, automate data processes, provide customer support via a contact center and locate participants in pension benefit plans.
The single-award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract has a one-year base period and four option years.
