Serco Group’s North American subsidiary will continue to provide anti-terrorism technology support services for U.S. Navy bases worldwide under a potential five-year, $201 million recompete contract with the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific.
The single-award Physical Security System-Enterprise Architecture indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract calls for Serco Inc. to provide lifecycle sustainment support for physical security/access control systems and command, control, communications and computers and intelligence platforms, the company said Monday.
PS2-EA, formerly known as the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Electronic Surveillance Systems program, also covers installation, testing and evaluation, integration, supply and logistics and maintenance support and deployment of the Physical Security Information Management System.
PSIM works to integrate data from various security tools and provides authorities access to gathered information for use in their decision-making process.
Serco Inc. CEO Tom Watson said the company has been delivering anti-terrorism, force protection tech services to the Navy since 2003 and the contract award highlights its commitment to the mission.
The PS2-EA contract has a one-year base term and four option years.
