Sayres Defense has secured a potential $280 million contract from the U.S. Navy to provide the Naval Sea Systems Command with a range of support services over a five-year performance period.
The PMS 300/PMS 325 Professional Support Services contract covers program management, engineering support, logistics management, concept design and analysis as well as post delivery services, the company said Wednesday.
Sayres will collaborate with the Navy and industry partners on the contract, which has a one-year base period of performance and four one-year options.
Commenting on the contract award, Sayres CEO Tim Reardon highlighted the company’s decades-long history of supporting the Navy.
“We are honored to have been selected to support NAVSEA’s critical PMS 300 and PMS 325 missions,” the four-time Wash100 awardee added.
