Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has won a potential 10-year, $106M contract to help the Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Media Exploitation Center manage paper documents and electronic media.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers document and media management, program support and related intelligence support services to NMEC, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Engility previously supported the center under a $16.4M contract awarded in 2017. Earlier this year, SAICÂ closed its acquisition of Engility in a $2.5B all-stock deal.
NMEC helps coordinate efforts of FBI, CIA, DIA and the National Security Agency to analyze and distribute content from paper and media files, videotapes, audiotapes and electronic equipment seized by the U.S. military and Intelligence Community.
Work will take place in the National Capital Region and will run from June 1 through May 2029, if all options are exercised.
