Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has secured a $68M follow-on contract to help the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency procure applications and data products from multiple providers.
The Zeus contract continues support SAIC has provided to NGA since 2014 through the agency’s Innovative GEOINT Application Provider Program, the company said Tuesday.
œIGAPP drives the swift delivery of innovations to the defense and intelligence communities, said Michael LaRouche, executive vice president and general manager of SAIC™s national security customer group.
The company aims to expedite agency personnel’s access to content from non-traditional vendors and new apps that use such data under the follow-on program.
SAIC added it will screen apps and data sets to ensure security.
