Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has secured a potential $89M contract from the U.S. Army Communications Information Systems Activity-Pacific to provide information technology, control, communications, computers and intelligence services to military personnel operating in South Korea.
Combined Forces Command, U.S. Forces Korea and the United Nations Command are the contract's end-users, the company said Wednesday.
“We are proud to support our forward-deployed warfighters across the globe, and we look forward to supporting this customer,” said Jim Scanlon, executive vice president and general manager at SAIC's defense systems group.
Tribalco will serve as SAIC's subcontracting partner on the contract, which has a base period of nine months and four one-year option periods.
