Rolls-Royce has received a potential $1.2B contract from the U.S. Navy to sustain V-22 Osprey military transport aircraft engines.
Sustainment support for the V-22 AE1107C engine under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes program management, maintenance, repair, configuration management, reliability improvements, site support, engineering and integrated logistics services, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work will occur in Indianapolis and other locations in the U.S. and abroad through February 2025.
