Todd Probert
Todd Probert, a 10-year Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) executive, will assume the role of president of defense and security group at CAE (NYSE: CAE) on Jan. 27.
He will work through CAE’s office in Washington, D.C., and succeed Gene Colabatistto, who went into retirement in December, CAE said Monday.
Probert “is a proven strategic business leader with the right balance of technical, business and international experience in defence and technology,” said Marc Parent, president and CEO of CAE. “Todd’s competencies and background are very well aligned with CAE’s emphasis on digital innovation and our long-term vision to be the training partner of choice.”
Probert spent a decade at Raytheon, where he most recently served as head of command, control, space and intelligence business unit within the company’s intelligence, information and services segment. He also served as VP of mission support and modernization product line and VP of engineering and technology.
Prior to Raytheon, he worked at Honeywell’s (NYSE: HON) technology solutions business as chief technology officer and led the space technology division at ANSER.
