Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has secured a potential five-year, $155M contract to continue helping the Department of Veterans Affairs maintain VA’s electronic health records system.
The company said Wednesday it will provide managerial, administrative and technical support for the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture and VistA Imaging platforms.
Under the follow-on contract, the company will also establish a center to troubleshoot hardware and software, monitor system performance and provide help desk services.

Curtis added the company will continue to apply its experience and innovation in support of the VA.
VistA consists of 180 clinical, administrative and financial applications that support more than 143 health facilities throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Philippines.
The contract has one base year and four one-year options.
