PAE has won a potential five-year, $142.1 million contract from the U.S. Army to help train and mentor Afghanistan’s national defense and security forces.
The Defense Departmentsaid Tuesday that PAE’s government services unit will also provide logistics support services to Afghan forces under the foreign military sales contract.
Five bids were submitted to the Army Contracting Command via an online solicitation and the full obligated amount at the time of award is from the branch’s fiscal 2017 “other” funds.
The Pentagon expects the company to finish contract work by May 22, 2022.
