Oshkosh™s (NYSE: OSK) defense business has received a potential $803.9 million deal to supply 2,721 joint light tactical vehicles to the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps.
The order placed by Army Contracting Command “ Warren includes the delivery of 30 JLTVs to the country of Montenegro under a foreign military sales agreement, Oshkosh Defensesaid Wednesday.
œThe JLTV can accommodate over 100 different mission package configurations without sacrificing mobility or transportability, said George Mansfield, vice president and general manager of joint programs at Oshkosh Defense.
The JLTVs seek to help U.S. service branches carry out their missions in support of the National Defense Strategy.
