Anthony Robbins, vice president of federal business at NVIDIA and an eight-time Wash100 awardee, has retired after more than seven years at the Santa Clara, California-based company and nearly four decades in the technology sector serving the federal government.
Robbins announced his retirement in a LinkedIn post published Monday.
In his post, the head of NVIDIA’s federal business cited the challenges of working with several teams and leaders to meet the government’s technology requirements in the last 40 years. Amid the progress, he noted that there is still a lot of work to do, especially with respect to artificial intelligence.

His time at NVIDIA is marked by his continuing efforts to drive IT transformation in the government sector, particularly in promoting the adoption of AI technology.
Before joining NVIDIA in 2017, the 2025 Wash100 Award recipient was VP of global defense business at AT&T.
Robbins held senior leadership positions at several tech companies, including Brocade, Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
