A Noblis subsidiary has won a potential five-year, $187.46 million contract from the U.S. Navy to provide research, program management, systems engineering and end-to-end system design support for the service’s command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
Noblis MSD will also provide integration, production, pre-installation testing and checkout, software loading, lifecycle, deployment and environmental quality testing support for C4ISR systems under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego received two offers for the IDIQ contract, which has a one-year base term valued at $35.9 million and four option years.
Work will be performed in San Diego and could run through Aug. 30, 2026 should the service exercise all options.
The service will obligate operation and maintenance, other procurement, research, development, test and evaluation funds upon issuance of task orders.
The Noblis subsidiary also secured a potential five-year, $72 million IDIQ contract from the Navy to provide system modernization and sustainment support for naval surface ships.
