Six companies have won positions on a $218.9 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support the U.S. Navy’s surface ship programs.
Each contractor will receive $100,000 as a guaranteed minimum contract amount and can vie for engineering and technical services, program management and information technology support task orders, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Work entails support to DDG-51 and DDG-1000 destroyers, littoral combat ships, amphibious transport docks and landing crafts, as well as foreign naval initiatives and test facilities under the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Philadelphia Division.
