The U.S. Navy has awarded three companies spots on a potential five-year, $550.8 million blanket purchase agreement to supply McAfee-branded hardware, software and services.
DLT Solutions, EC America and International Systems Marketing are eligible to vie for task orders to supply the offerings to the Defense Department, U.S. Coast Guard and intelligence community, DoD said Wednesday.
McAfee products are designed to help users protect client, data and server; prevent data loss and network intrusions; secure email gateways; and manage vulnerabilities.
The BPA has a five-year ordering period that will run through May 2023 and was awarded under the DoD’s enterprise software initiative.
DoD will primarily use the department’s operations and maintenance funds to finance task orders.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center-Pacific received three offers for the BPA through a competitive process on the General Services Administration‘s E-Buy website that includes 679 vendors.
