Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has secured an eight-month, $486M contract modification to extend information technology support services under the Department of the Navys Next Generation Enterprise Network program.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command issued the modification to extend a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts potential ordering period from Oct. 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.

Under NGEN, the company helps manage the Navy Marine Corps Intranet that currently supports 700K uniformed and civilian personnel from both service branches.
Contract work take places across the U.S., Europe, Korea, Guam and Japan.
