Eight awardees will continue to provide professional management and technical services to support the U.S. Navy’s cyberspace operations under a $231.2 million contract option.
Under the IDIQ award, contractors compete for task orders to help the NIWC Pacific organization establish and maintain cyber operations and enable programs, projects and product lines.
Services could extend through May 6, 2026, if all options are exercised.
The awardees are:
BAE Systems
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI)
Leidos (NYSE: LDOS)
Parsons (NYSE: PSN)
Peraton
Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC)
Scientific Research Corp.
Perspecta and a Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) business unit were among the nine awardees selected for the overall contract in May 2019.
Peraton, a Veritas Capital portfolio company, absorbed Perspecta and Northrop’s federal information technology and mission business after a pair of acquisition deals that the private equity firm closed during the first half of 2021.
