The Naval Supply Systems Command has awarded Toll Remote Logistics a position on a potential 10-year, $1.9 billion firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support global military logistics under the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract 2.0.
Join the 2025 Navy Summit, where naval and maritime leaders will discuss the most critical challenges and opportunities facing the U.S. Navy.
The IDIQ contract, which has a five-year base and a five-year option period, will provide logistics capabilities across the six phases of military operations in support of the Geographic Combatant Command’s joint operations, coalition partners and U.S. federal agencies, the Department of Defense said.
WEXMAC 2.0 and the TITUS Mission
The WEXMAC 2.0 contract aims to address operational requirements tied to the Territorial Integrity of the United States initiative. According to a presolicitation notice published on SAM.gov, the contract vehicle supports theater opening operations, including reception, staging, onward movement and integration. It will also deliver sustainment, stability operations, theater distribution and defense support of civil authorities.
The WEXMAC 2.0’s scope also includes humanitarian assistance, disaster relief and contingency mission services.
Global Delivery of Services
Toll Remote Logistics and other selected vendors will deliver services across 20 geographic regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Oceania and Southeast Asia. Since specific requirements cannot be predicted at the time of award, more specific information about the percentage and where the work will be performed cannot be provided yet.
The IDIQ, set aside for small businesses, was competitively procured within the U.S. and outlying territories. NAVSUP received 96 offers.
