Secure Halo holds SAFETY Act certification from the Department of Homeland Security and offers analytical and operational support to help federal customers reduce vulnerabilities in enterprise networks, MCP said Wednesday.
Darrin Reilly, president and CEO at MCP, said the company plans to transform the acquired firm’s Washington, D.C. office into a center of excellence.
The purchase follows MCP’s acquisitions of professional and managed services companies over the past four years, which included URL Integration, Black and Veatch Public Safety and Athena Advanced Networks.
Pennsylvania-headquartred MCP provides support for mission-critical communications networks within the public safety, law enforcement, transportation, utility and health care sectors.
