Michael Kolloway
Michael Kolloway, formerly vice president and deputy general counsel for the Americas region at Parsons, has been promoted to senior VP, general counsel and secretary of the Pasadena, California-based engineering and infrastructure services contractor.
Parsons said Monday Kolloway succeeds Clyde Ellis, who will transition to a new role as chief legal adviser and support corporate activities.
Ellis also informed the company of his plans to retire in 2018 after a 12-year career there.
œMike has a wealth of knowledge and experience working on legal matters, and his background spans a broad spectrum of areas, said Chuck Harrington, chairman and CEO of Parsons.
Kolloway spent 15 years at AECOM (NYSE: ACM) where he previously held the roles of senior corporate VP and assistant general counsel for the engineering firm’s operations and risk management business.
The more than 30-year legal veteran has also co-authored chapters on two engineering contracting books earned his law degree from University of Illinois.
