ATI said Monday Dolan will succeed Julia Martin, who is retiring after serving as interim CEO since June.
“We are pleased to welcome Mica as ATI’s new president and CEO. Her extensive experience, business expertise and strategic vision make her well-suited to lead ATI into its next phase of growth,” stated Chris Van Metre, ATI chair of the board.
Dolan’s Extensive ATI Career
Dolan has been with ATI for nearly 22 years and serves as president and chief operating officer. She was appointed COO in 2022 and previously held the role of vice president of contracts and procurement. Dolan joined ATI in 2004, serving as contracts and subcontracts manager until 2018.
Martin Retires After Two Decades at ATI
Martin departs after more than two decades at ATI, most recently guiding the organization through its leadership transition. Prior to her interim CEO role, she served as chief financial officer and treasurer.
“On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Julia for her dedicated service and leadership at ATI over more than twenty-five years. Julia’s contributions have left a lasting mark on ATI, and she is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and passionate executives in our industry,” said Van Metre.
