The General Services Administration’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center issued the award with a 12-month base period, four 12-month options and a pair of 12-month incentive periods.
Work under the contract will include nonmedical counseling for active-duty, reserve and National Guard personnel as well as their family members on matters such as relocation adjustment, deployment stress, separation and grief.
“In addition to continuing our focus on the day-to-day operation of the program, we are excited to bring additional innovations to this next generation contract,” said Oscar Montes, CEO of Magellan Federal.
“As a company that is almost entirely focused on the full spectrum of behavioral health, including cognitive enhancement, emotional wellness, resilience, and suicide prevention, I can think of no greater customer for Magellan Federal’s offerings than the men and women who defend our nation.”
Magellan Federal said it has provided MFLC support services since 2012.
