Leidos Wins $105M Contract to Update Army Gunnery Training Simulators

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has won a five-year, $104.5 million contract to modernize the U.S. Army’s gunnery training simulation systems.

The company will perform technology refresh and concurrency updates to the simulators, the Department of Defense said Monday.

Army Contracting Command received three bids for the cost-no-fee, firm-fixed-price contract via an online solicitation and will determine performance locations and funds upon issuance of each order.

The Pentagon expects work to be complete by Jan. 24, 2027.

Reston, Virginia-based Leidos will also help the Army collect, process, store and disseminate digital 3D imagery under a potential $600 million contract announced in August 2021.
